North Shore Management is led by Eric Kanata, a real estate operator with over a decade of experience across asset management, property management, and leasing. Eric has worked on institutional-quality properties and large-scale developments at firms including Silverstein Properties, L&L Holding Company, and Jamestown - bringing that same level of rigor to every ownership group he works with today.
North Shore works directly with owners and investors to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, budgeting, capital projects, and financial reporting. The emphasis is always on improving efficiency, controlling expenses, and driving long-term asset performance.
